At PawHaus, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you and your pet to be entirely satisfied with your purchase.


Returns: If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
